As a key member of the data centers practice at CBRE, a Fortune 500 commercial real estate services firm, Kristina Metzger focuses exclusively on data center brokerage and consulting. Kristina develops and executes data center strategies which maximize value, lower operating and capital costs, reduce risk and increase flexibility. Her assignments range from just a few server rack cabinets to tens of megawatts across the globe for clients which include American Express, AT&T, Boeing, Broadcom, Dell, Disney, IBM and many others.

Over the course of her career, Kristina has acquired over 20 MWs of retail and wholesale colocation on behalf of end users and led projects in excess of $1B in consideration.  Widely recognized as an expert in the data center industry, Kristina has been featured in Site Selection Magazine and been asked to speak at many industry events including the NAIOP National Conference and the Green Data Center Conference.
